Refund (if applicable)

Mattress – Refund is applicable within 7 days subject to the condition of the mattress (it should be original packing and unused)

Refund request by the customer before item delivered – 100% refund

Refund request by the customer after item delivered, refund charges will be AED 300 or 25% of sales value whichever is higher. Refund amount will be transfer to customer within 45-60 days.

Refund (not applicable)

• Mattress – Refund is not applicable for the odd sizes (non-standard sizes) custom made and wrongly ordered sizes.
• Bed Frame / Divan Bed – Refund is not applicable once installed or received in good condition.
• Accessories – Refund is not applicable once delivered to the buyer.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if there is any manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rubymattress.ae and send your item to: Ruby Mattress, warehouse 9, Al Jaraf Industrial Area 1, Ajman U.A.E, once you have confirmation to accept the return.

Mattress – One time exchange is allowed within 7 days subject to the condition of the mattress (it should be fresh as new). If the exchanged product value is higher than the original value buyer must pay the difference amount along with transport charges as per location.

If the exchanged product value is lower value than the original value Ruby Mattress will pay back within 45-60 days.

Bed Frame / Divan Bed – Exchange is not applicable once installed or received by buyers in good condition.

Accessories – Exchange is not applicable once delivered.
