Returns & Refunds - Ruby Mattress
We do not offer cash refunds. However, you can exchange your mattress for another model, subject to the following conditions:
- Product Condition: The mattress must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged (no stains, tears, or other defects).
- Exchange Fee: An additional charge will apply for the exchange of the mattress, depending on the selected model.
- Eligibility: Only mattresses purchased from RUBY MATTRESS or the official website are eligible for exchange. Other products, including accessories, are not eligible.
- Wrong Size Orders: Orders placed for the wrong mattress size are not eligible for exchange. Please ensure your bed frame is correctly measured before placing the order.
