Return & Refund Policy – Ruby Mattresses
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for personal hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Ruby Mattresses does not offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Before placing your order, please carefully review all product details including quantity, size, dimensions, colour, comfort level, and price.
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you decide you no longer want the product.
Faulty or Damaged Products
A product is considered faulty if it is received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to be eligible for inspection and return.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, spills, stains, or improper handling is not considered a fault. Comfort preference or firmness choice does not qualify as a defect.
Company Information
In this policy, “Ruby Mattresses”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Ruby Foam Mattresses, United Arab Emirates. “You” refers to the customer.
This policy applies to all purchases made in-store and through our website.
Incorrect, Incomplete, or Faulty Orders
Products supplied incorrectly, incomplete, damaged upon delivery, or confirmed as faulty may be eligible for return, subject to inspection and approval.
All approved returns must be sent back to our warehouse within the United Arab Emirates.
How to Request a Return (Faulty Goods Only)
- Notify us in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery by emailing contact@rubymattress.ae or by using the Contact Us form on our website.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- You will be notified by email once the returned item has been received and processed.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition and free from stains, odours, misuse, or physical damage, except where a manufacturing defect has been confirmed.
Return Shipping Cost
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, Ruby Mattresses will cover the return shipping cost.
If the item is found not to be faulty after inspection, the customer will be responsible for all return and re-delivery charges.
Refund or Resolution
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm whether it is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If approved, Ruby Mattresses may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued for the product price, including the original delivery fee.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days from the date the item arrives at our warehouse.
Manufacturing Defects & Warranty
Manufacturing defects identified after the initial fourteen (14) day reporting period will be handled under the product warranty terms and not as a return or refund.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used mattresses or bedding products
- Products damaged due to misuse, spills, stains, or improper handling
- Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)
- Comfort preference or firmness dissatisfaction
Product Exchanges
Ruby Mattresses does not currently offer product exchanges. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Policy Updates
Ruby Mattresses reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of purchase will apply.
